Thank you/sorry for playing lol! Really means a lot to have you even try it let alone make a video, awesome thank you!

First off my favorite level was the gumdrop one and I hate you for that final chocolate bar at the end of the last level. I thought it was a very fun and challenging game, and the lighting and models looked really nice.

hehe last level troll ;), on top of that great time and thanks for playing, gotta work on lighting as  fog and ambient light took control of my lighting, kept a bunch of white point lights for the levels, either way, thanks a bunch for playing!

Nice game, good graphics, pretty tricky.  There were several times where I wasn't quite clearing the obstacles and thought I was.

Hey. I recorded a video about the Beginners Circle jam and included your game in it. I enjoyed playing your project. I love how simple and pleasant it is. My final time is 368 seconds. I did not find any bugs or issues so far. Great job. If you want to cut your game out of the video, let me know. However, if you like the video, I make similar videos every day. I will be happy if you subscribe. Anyway, I enjoyed playing your game.

wait, the game doesn't save our progress...

no didn’t add a saving feature sorry :(

it's okay

wait, if we play as a gumdrop, what are those white things on our head, are they ears, because gumdrops don't have ears...

it’s a gum ball and those are his eyes

Sorry, I meant to type gum balls not gumdrops and I thought they could be his eyes, but I never asked. The character design is pretty good, maby give his body a more swirly candy texture, but otherwise Razzle looks pretty cute

is their any way you could get a Linux version?

its to laggy to play in the browser and i don't have windows

(1 edit)

I would but Im not too sure how.  I tried doing a linux build and it gave me some strange stuff no application so im not sure if theyll work or not.  Im gonna add it to the page either way! Good luck hope it works for ya!

i'm able to run it but its still laggy, so I really have no idea whats happening

After some optimization, it seems to be running much smoother, no lag for me even on the web version!

now the web version is so much smoother, try it! Squirtman did a great job at optimization.

thank you sabertooth!

my name is SaberTooth Studios, but I'm fine if you call me SaberTooth

great game, I figured out why the website version is so laggy, it's because the browser has a limit to cpu usage for embedded html, since the game is running inside of a website the cpu and gpu usage has a small limit. However windows apps have a higher default cpu and gpu usage. Also, when the game is in fullscreen it is a lot less laggy becuase then the cpu and gpu is focusing on loading that element of the web page.

Thank you very much! I figured it was something like that. Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for looking into that! I did some optimization and it seems to be running much smoother, even the web version doesnt lag for me anymore!

great job! It's so much smoother!
